Orders & shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 2–5 business days in Israel and 5–12 business days for international destinations, subject to customs processing.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — and international shipping is free. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Will I pay customs or duties?

Import duties and taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer. Check your local rules before ordering.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and we will send the return steps.

My item arrived damaged

We are sorry. Email us with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right — including return shipping.

The bag

Does it fit a laptop?

Yes. The padded laptop compartment is separate from the main space, so everything else stays organised.

How do I care for it?

Wipe the shell with a damp cloth and air-dry. Store the bag upright to keep its shape.
