Shipping

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and ship from our warehouse in Israel.

• Israel: free shipping, 2–5 business days.
• International: free shipping, 5–12 business days, subject to customs processing.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Import duties and taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

1. Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We reply with return instructions.
3. Once the return is received and inspected, we refund your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. Contact us if anything is wrong and we will fix it.
